Specifications HP laptop Model: RTL8821CE Issue: Automatic Repair Boot. I've tried all the options that were available in the boot menu. I can't access some because I need to enter my password I had created on my only user account that happens to be the admin account. I've forgotten my password and have changed it but it still does not recognize the new password because I cannot connect the laptop to a wired or wireless connection. Is there anyway to fix this issue.
