Product: HP ENVY Desktop - 750-116
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a 2015 HP 750-116 Windows 10 Desktop PC. I was doing a system restore for just a few days earlier, I don't know how it happened it was so quick, all of a sudden my screen went to the Windows Logo and the spinning circle with Automatic Repair Loop under the circle. I have tried the HP suggestions and the pc passed all the test, even ran the test in the extensive modes. I can get into the Bios. I can't get into the system recovery or command. I can't get the pc to open with a USB that has Windows 10 on it to reinstall. I am stuck. Can anybody help? I am just about to trade in both my pc's, maybe it is time. Does HP take trade in's?
