Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So I shut down my pc and when I turned it back on it said diagnosing your pc then something like repairing drivers and that it might take more than an hour. It had been 2 hours and 30 minutes and so I decided to shut it down and turn it back on. When I did it said Automatic Repair. Automatic Repair couldn’t repair your PC. I don’t know what to do now. I want to keep all my files on the PC and don’t want to lose anything.

Also, when I turn the computer back it on it just brings the Automatic Repair Failed screen and gives me the 2 options of shutting down and advanced options and repeatedly pressing the ESC key doesnt do anything
