Automatic repair loop??

Two or so months ago  the media player for my computer was being weird and I restarted which brought me to  first choosing keyboard then to choosing options like troubleshooting or turning off my pc.

ive tried the fixbr method various times but nothing has worked so far leaving me stuck and I think it's the automatic repair loop after some research I just haven't found a proper solution that

works.

In most cases bypassing the boot to enter the windows safe mode give you more options to repair.
