I turned off my PC by the power button, and the next day I turn it on. It starts a automatic repair. The next screen says it couldn't fix my PC due to an error.

Log file: C:\Windows\system32\logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

I don't know what this file is but I tried everything around it to get my PC to boot in safe mode or on in general. And it keeps resting and back to the same error message/screen. Any way to fix this?

If Windows 10 does not successfully start, 3 or 4 times in a row, the next start-up will load the Windows Diagnostics. One of those diagnostics will do a "check-disk", to check for logical inconsistencies within the file-system on your disk-drive. Run that diagnostic, and it will try to "repair" the file-system. Then, reboot, and see if Windows starts correctly.
