I was updating my BIOS Drivers because Warframe couldn't start without the most recent BIOS drivers so I downloaded the most recent drivers. And ever since I have to unplug the HDMI Cable and plug it back in after I hear the Windows start up sound for the PC to even transfer video.
Another issue that this has brought is that a few games also broke and keeps them capped at around 3-7 fps. So far I've found 3 games that do this
-Cry of Fear
-Red Dead Redemption 2
-Geometry Dash
I formatted my PC to make sure it isn't a different Issue and nothing changed.
A GPU replacement seemed to fix it but I don't have any spare ones to replace it with I replaced my current Nvidia 1060 6GB with a weaker one I don't know exactly which one that was anymore
I'm not sure how to proceed with the Issue should I try to downgrade my BIOS? What is the best way to go about this?
Thanks!

Hi @Qwerty0178,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you are experiencing issues specifically after updating the BIOS on an OMEN by HP Desktop PC, here are steps you can take to address the problem:
Downgrade BIOS: If you suspect that the BIOS update is causing the issues, you can try downgrading to the previous version. Check the HP support website for your model to find the previous BIOS version and instructions on how to perform the downgrade. Click Here
Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest graphics card drivers installed for your Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB. Download the drivers directly from the Nvidia website and perform a clean installation.
Check Windows Updates: Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date. Install any pending updates, as they might include fixes for compatibility issues.
Perform a System Restore: If downgrading the BIOS doesn't resolve the issue, consider using the System Restore feature to revert your system to a state before the BIOS update. This can be done from the System Protection settings in Windows. Please Click Here
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
