Hi, i want to open BIOS setup but unable to do so. I tried Esc  and f10 on startup including fn+f10, but nothing works.

I am using LG ultragera 32gn650 monitor/display with display port attached to CPU. Please do needful.

I am trying this from last 3 days.

Greetings @mnaumanfz39

I'm guessing your PC gets to the Windows sign in screen and Windows is stable. And your PC has video and USB function at some point during a POST (USB: keyboard and mouse).

You should try a wired: keyboard and mouse if you are using wireless devices.

Wireless devices take a while to initialize during a POST.

I had a sluggish wired Logitech mouse. I had to use a HP mouse to get to the BIOS.

I have no other suggestions if you are using wired USB devices. You may have to contact HP Support if your PC is generally good to go but you can't get to the BIOS screen at startup.

Regards
