After searching and following everything I can find on the support forums, this device still just boots to the BIOS failed screen and continues to loop to it. I've done a hard reset, CMOS reset, Windows + B/V, and created a recovery flash drive with the BIOS file. It will not allow me to boot to anything during POST. ESC, F2, F9, F10 does not work. It says it in the bottom right-hand corner, but it just continues to go to the BIOS failed screen. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you for your time and efforts.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see this discussion:
