Using the HP Support Assistant I found the BIOS files for my PC. (A0.59 Rev.A) I have the ROM Family SSID 2B4B. When I download the new BIOS there are two executable files that were extracted: THIA059L.exe and THIA059E.exe. Which is the correct one I should I use for my PC (Envy 750-170se CTO)? Thank you.

I tried installing both versions now my PC won't restart. It turns off and on, but only shows a black screen. I have already tried to restore the BIOS, but it appears there is clearly an issue with both versions of BIOS you have on your support page. Can you please provide me a link to my old BIOS so I can re-install that? The old BIOS was version F.21.
You should also update your Support Page for this PC as the above BIOS is not compatible.
