Turn the computer off.

Turn the computer on, and immediately look for a message like "press ESC ..." or "press <blah> to enter BIOS SETUP mode".

Press the indicated key.

Enter BIOS SETUP mode.

Navigate through the menu, maybe in "power" or "advanced" sub-menu, to find the option to automatically power-on when AC power is restored.

Save/Exit from BIOS SETUP.

Change After Power Loss to  " ON "
