hp 15 bs212wm atualizou a bios e não deu mais imagem. ja criei a mídia de recuperação peguei no site as bios porém não funciona, só aparece a a mensagem?: " the system bios recovery failed. unable to open bios signature file"

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make a USB BIOS recovery drive on another PC and see if you can recover the BIOS that way.
