Hi again - now I have recovered my Windows 7 unfortunately I’ve lost all my updates. It looks like the system looks like it was first installed in 2010!  I can’t download anything as the version of explorer etc are too old  How can I get the updates to bring everything back up to date?

This looks like your computer has gone back to original factory settings in this case data recovery is not possible.
