I looked at 875-0014 and at 875-0014ur and was unable to find any BIOS date like the two you mentioned
I would go with the ROM SSID family and the Version of the BIOS.
Both of the above sites have 3 different ROM IDs and each ROM ID has a version history.
Where did you get the dates that you listed?
This is my advice for a gaming system like yours:
It is always dangerous to upgrade bios. Unless there is a real need and the HP support assistant requests the upgrade, I would not do it. Look at the BIOS revision history and see if an upgrade is useful. Updates that improve security are needed in a corporate environment but for gaming system they will likely slow down your system.
I personally would not upgrade any gaming BIOS that was only security related unless the PC was used in a corporate, industrial or military organization.
Make sure you pass UEFI diagnostics (run F2) before any bios update.

The version I mentioned is available at this link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp150501-151000/sp150722.exe, and my current BIOS is updated with the date December 19, 2023.
This is the only reason I want to understand this better. The restriction I'm facing is "Secure Boot Verification Failure", but all related settings are already properly configured. Riot's support team reviewed the files I sent and confirmed that the BIOS is not up to date.

I downloaded that bios and extracted the two files

02/02/2025 07:45 PM 256 084FD.sig
I opened the bios using UEFITool and looked for the bios date as discussed here
The date in that bios is 12/19/2023 as shown below
I do not know where you got the 12/20/2023 date

That is Dec 29 and is the date it was posted on the web. It is not the version date.
If the date posted is the same as the date of the software then it was not tested very long and it not to be trusted.
