Can not figure this out it gave me a support link to go to but it has since expired, and any other bios files i find and put onto a  flash drive the computer does not reset and the monitor just goes black, but pc does not restart and does not begin recovery. Also I am getting no power to my keyboard or mouse so I am not able to hold windows key and v or any other combination. I have also reset the cmos.

Greetings @danian1234

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Did your PC do any Windows updates or HPSA updates prior to the BIOS corruption problem?

You can try all relevant BIOS recovery tips at this HP Site. The final steps at this site include making a bootable USB BIOS recovery drive which you seemed to have done.

Having no video and no USB support would preclude recovering the BIOS using a bootable USB recovery drive.

You may have to have a local PC Tech attempt a BIOS recovery using a Serial ISP Programmer if your PC is not in warranty.

Regards
