I want to get into bios setup but it is showing options on start up to enter into bios press f10 even after pressing f10 I can't access bios setup how can I solve this problem 😔

Hi @Shenvi 

 

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I would try a different wired keyboard if you are using a wireless keyboard and you have a Desktop PC.

 

Have you tried repeatedly tapping the "ESC" key when you start the PC?

 

This should invoke the HP UEFI Startup Menu.

 

Then select "F10" within the Startup Menu.
