Below is the link to the last BIOS update HP released for your PC.

Here's how to update the BIOS regardless of what operating system you are running on it:

Get a USB flash drive.

Format it with the FAT32 file system.

Download and run the BIOS update file I posted from the link above.

An information page will open.

Look at the instructions under the F10 Setup BIOS flash section on that info page

At the bottom of the F10 Setup BIOS flash section on that info page, you will see a link to click on labeled 'View Contents of DOS Flash Folder.

Open that folder and copy the file contents of the folder to your USB flash drive.

Just the files, not the folder.

Restart the PC.

Press/Tap the F10 key to get into the BIOS.

Select the File tab>Flash System ROM command.

Select the USB flash drive.

The PC should 'see' the BIOS files on the flash drive.

Follow the onscreen instructions to update the BIOS.
