First I choose keyboard layout. Then I get different choices.
1) Continue (exit and continue to windows rollback
2)Use a device (Use a USB drive, network connection orwindows recovery DVD
3)uSE ANOTHER OPERATING SYSTEM (cONTINUE WITH ANOTHER INSTALLED OPERATING SYSTEM
4)Troubleshoot (reset your PC or see advanced options
5)Turn off your PC

Approximately every 6 months, Microsoft releases a major update to Windows 10.
There was one such update in the 3rd month of 2017, another in the 9th month of 2018.
The most-recent one was released in the 4th month of 2018.
So, my guess is that your computer is in the midst of installing that '1804' update.
Keep making the choices, to complete the installation.
Exactly what are you seeing?
Can you use your smart-phone to take a snapshot of the screen, and post that image into this forum?

This should restore your computer to the version of Windows that you were using before the attempted update.
