Microsoft Windows Vista (64-bit)

Had a HDD go bad. Swapped the drive and now need the OS to get things running again. Not sure if its a 64

bit or not.  Called Microsoft and they said that since the OS was installed by HP they cant help me. All my back ups were on external Harddrives. But the OS wasn't. Is it a boot disc that i need or a recovery? Also where do i get trhe disc from?

Hi:

HP no longer sells recovery media for your model.

However, this non-HP vendor still does.

Your PC originally came with Vista 32 bit, and that is the only recovery disk set available.
