I just bought a new Ryzen 5500 series 5 CPU for my pc and my pc will not run anytime I put the new CPU in and I have already updated my bios to the most current version.

The Ryzen 5500 processor is not supported in your PC.

 

The best processor you can install would be the AMD Ryzen7-1800X.
