HP 260 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I have an issue with 3 HP mini desktop 260 G1. All 3 computers are affected with the same BSOD error. I updated all the drivers in this page:
https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-260-g1-desktop-mini-pc/7375834

but I can't resolve the problem.
This is the error code 0x00000080, I opened the event log and I found this:
Il computer è stato riavviato da un controllo errori. Controllo errori: 0x00000080 (0x00000000004f4454, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). I dettagli sono stati salvati in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. ID segnalazione: 58700777-07b1-4c20-8087-63edd2313686.

I attach 2 screenshots:

Can someone help me?

Thanks
Paolo

Bluescreen failures (i.e., BSODs) are notoriously difficult to diagnose and to fix -- far beyond what WE typically can do in THIS self-help Community.

What you need is a forum where folks have vast experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and suggesting repairs for BSODs, as follows:

The community Win10 forums has a section devoted to diagnosing BSODs. So, your best bet would be to post your problem there: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/

Good Luck
