Bad Recovery Issues

HP Recommended
Pavilion 27-a210
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Inherited this all-in-one desktop from my father-in-law.  Was running extremely slow and I wanted a fairly new computer to use as our own.  I copied the HP Recovery option onto a flashdrive.  Rebooted, followed the directions, and there it went.  Come back later to find Error message. "Restoration Incomplete."  The system cannot find the drive specified.  **bleep**!  I retried 3 times only to get the same message.  I tried to look on the flashdrive to see if I could get a 'start program' and the drive does not show anything!  As though it is blank.  How can I rectify this and have HP send me another image to get this now boat anchor to work as it should as though I just turned it on.

Hi:

You can order recovery media from HP for your PC at the link below.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/mediaorder/HP-Pavilion-27-a200-All-in-One-Desktop-PC-series/13823538/mo...

You can also clean install W10 by making bootable recovery media using the media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
