Inherited this all-in-one desktop from my father-in-law. Was running extremely slow and I wanted a fairly new computer to use as our own. I copied the HP Recovery option onto a flashdrive. Rebooted, followed the directions, and there it went. Come back later to find Error message. "Restoration Incomplete." The system cannot find the drive specified. **bleep**! I retried 3 times only to get the same message. I tried to look on the flashdrive to see if I could get a 'start program' and the drive does not show anything! As though it is blank. How can I rectify this and have HP send me another image to get this now boat anchor to work as it should as though I just turned it on.

You can also clean install W10 by making bootable recovery media using the media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
