I am charging my battery full , but after 2-3 hr it shuts down. When it restarts, then a popup message related to a battery issue is showing error 601 and in hp support assistant app it is showing i have to replace my battery. So replacing the battery is the only option, or is there any other way I can solve this? I bought this 4 yaers ago
