Dear when i start my laptop then battery error show and error code is 601.
Secondly, when my laptop start and working then after few mints my laptop are locked automatically. Kindly confirm how to resolved both issue. thanks

I understand you are getting an error 601 - Battery on your HP. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a hard reset:
- Power off the laptop.
- Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.
- Power ON the laptop and check.

More often than not, the reason that a computer freeze is due to a crashed program. Fortunately, Windows 10 allows you to easily shut down programs in Task Manager. Access Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete. It will show you what apps and background processes are running.
