HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14m-dw1013dx

Hello!

I've had my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC, model 14m-dw1013dx for almost 3 years. I bought it when I was a first-year In college. After a while, I noticed that my battery began depleting quickly despite been charged for a long time. I've checked my HP account to see any updates (as this might be a  remedy told  by other people who may have a similar problem.) However, I continue to have the same problem and I'm beginning to imagine it could be a faulty battery. Most times I would charge my laptop and use my laptop but not to where it would exceed and make my laptop work an overload. Any chances to be able to diagnose or find a solution to my situation?

Thank you!
