Helle everyone, my case is the my pc is beeping 5.2 and it means this the embedded controller(EC) can't find a valid firmware then in the web we can't find too much info about this and the firmware that I need to reset is the firmware of the EC or the firmware of the bios Chip(mx25l12873f) which is not supported by ch341a pro(eeprom burner) I know that I can replace de motherboard and all is fine but the thing is that I want to learn something about this and I'm so curious
Thanks in advance

Hi
You are correct...
The embedded controller cannot find valid firmware.
Controller is missing appropriate ROM. | 1 Remove any recently inserted Hardware. 2 Reset CMOS. 3 Update BIOS while affected components are removed. 4 Test known good component. 5 Replace component or Main-Board as needed. |

Just a point about replacing the Main Board, it needs a "tattoo" to be able to register with HP and Microsoft I believe.
