HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4N3U8AV)

Having installed Reckon 2016, I started to get the following msg.

I can push past this msg and Reckon appears to work, but the msg pops up EVERY time I start Reckon.
Re booting makes no improvement

I checked out the web and found nothing obvious, but assuming the cause was Reckon, I started working with RECKON support. They came up with the following.

Can anyone help me correct the problem please ?
