Its looks like your battery is draining unusually fast even when the laptop is not under load. This can happen due to background apps, battery calibration issues, or a failing battery.

Try these quick steps:
• Check Task Manager for background processes using CPU
• Turn on Battery Saver mode
• Run Windows Battery Report (powercfg /batteryreport)
• Update BIOS and battery drivers from HP Support
• If possible, recalibrate the battery by fully charging and then draining once

If the issue continues, it may be a battery health issue and replacement might be needed.
