Please provide a specific product number to identify your PC.
Please provide details related to the problem. It would not be possible for anyone in the Forum to assist using the information you are providing.
Don't know if the BIOS update is failing to install or if the BIOS update has corrupted the PC.
Can you run Windows? Or is your PC bricked?

Reread your post. You are in a BIOS update loop so you can't load Windows. My mind was fogging up in the first response.
Still need a product number.
Some HP AIO PCs having the MonkD MB are in trouble.
Check this Forum Link for more details if you have a MonkD MB.
@Paul_Tikkanen has a fix. It has worked for folks in the Forum if the PC has MB: USB and video support at startup.
