Hi, it looks there is no way to access both Bios and windows recovery environment. I tried to follow several methods found on web/youtube but nothing works:  the result of each method to access WinRE, for example, is black screen.  Examples of these methods:

1) press and hold the Shift key on the keyboard and click Restart

2) Windows setting/Windows update/Advanced Options/Recovery/Advanced Startup - Restart now

Consider that winRE Status is enabled on my PC (reagentc /info from cmd)

Thanks for replies

This guide shows how to get the access to WinRE

https://www.makeuseof.com/ways-to-boot-into-the-windows-recovery-environment/

If those items do not prove useful, you can make the Windows 10 install media from the Media Creation tool

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10 or to use the Repair function (lower left corner after booting the media) to enter the WinRE tools.

As for as entering the BIOS, here is the method I recommend for users that cannot get into the BIOS.

Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Pick F9 or F10 to enter the BIOS settings.
