Can someone tell me how I can downgrade the bios? I updated to version F.67 Rev.A but I have problems with the ssd now, if it is connected to the pc, it freezes immediately. So I need to downgrade, but hp won't let me.

While that particular BIOS ( version F.67 Rev.A ) upgrade/update does not specifically state it, the two previous versions do:
NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.
Please explain the "So I need to downgrade, but hp won't let me." What did you do to determine the "HP won't let me"

after I did this update, ssd m2 no longer works, if I connect it to the pc it freezes, I can't even access the bios. After disconnecting it, everything works normally. Windows is currently running on the hdd.
I am attaching below some images of what happens after connecting the ssd.

Perhaps I did not make my point clear, when you say HP won't let you downgrade the BIOS, how did you determine that. Did you try to run the older BIOS file?

I believe it says that because of the warning listed with my first post.
Many times HP OEM's are not allowed to roll back the BIOS to a older version. It seems to be the case with this one.
If you approach starting the PC with the SSD connected, can you access the popup menu to run the Diagnostics routine.
To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.
