Hy, I've got a HP-15-da0041ni and and surprisingly windows update updated my bios to  (Insyde F.53, 11/27/2025) and right after that turned impossible to turn on the laptop on battery, i turn it on and 10/30s after that it shuts off like there was a lack of power what isn't the case.

I tried to install the bios provided by the HP support (F.48 Rev.A, 05/07/2024) but it doesn't allow me to install it in place as it is a older version and when i tried the USB recovery method i got (The system bios recovery failed | Unable to open bios signature file).

Is there a solution for this? Adowngrade possibility?

Note: It works plugged in and if i remove the charger it stays on for 10s or up to 10min+. Don't know does it depends on!

  • But before that update it worked on battery as usual 4-5h backup.
