HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-a010, bios recovery only beeps but won't update.

bios error: sending End of post message to me: HECI disabled proceeding with boot.

Hi,

 

If you can't recover the BIOS using all tools available at this site (Link) the only legitimate option is to contact HP for factory support (Link).

 

Stop trying to update the BIOS using HP Support Assistant if this is what you are doing. You can download and install the correct BIOS update using this (Link).

Thanks for the suggestion, i fixed it using the legacy boot that allow me to install Windows. Couldn't do it with the UEFI environment .  It's running 100%. As a matter of fact, the bios sp85642 won't run because it says that the actual bios is older, only allows me to install in a  USB or copy it to the hdd.
