Hi @Tee247

Try all troubleshooting steps at this Site.

Some HP PCs can install a BIOS image using bootable USB media.

I can only find one BIOS file for your PC at this HP site.

Download this file on a different PC. See if you can create bootable USB media on a different PC.

Try booting to this media on your PC. The MB could be cooked if you have no video or USB function.

If this fails you would have to contact HP Support for assistance. Or have a local PC tech replace the MB or replace and program a new BIOS chip.

Hi @Tee247

Yes, I see that:

I don't know. This is above my pay grade. 😉 The WSSP85528.rtf has very little information.

Here is extracted contents of 68SCE:

The BIOS .bin and .sig files are present. There is a version .txt file with very little info. Maybe HP has chunked up the BIOS update into two different .cab files?

I am not a software engineer.

Hi @Tee247

Have you made any progress?

Try removing the CR2032 MB battery for a while to reset CMOS. Install a new MB battery.

Try the BIOS update again.
