Have a all in one hp-dp0124, with a serial number sn-[Personal Information Removed]. When turned on goes to blue screen saying bios is corrupted and need to install from a USB disk. I tried going to download the bios info from HP but they do have those on their website. Where would I get the files needed to restore. I don't know the OS it was running i believe windows 10.

Hi @ArtRepair
I see what you are saying. I can't find any downloadable software for your PC, even when using the serial number.
Don't know why this happens with certain PCs but I have seen this before.
You should remove the serial number ASAP.
It appears your only option is to contact HP Support.
Sorry, have nothing else to offer.
Regards
