To say the least, this is not good.

 

I assume you cannot get into the bios by pressing ESC or F10.  Is that correct?

 

There are 3 possibilities as follows

1 - https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

2 - download latest BIOS and try USB flash boot

3 - same as above but select the "copy" and put 088D0.bin and 088D0.sig into a USB flash drive 

an then do the windows key + "B" recovery as described here quote

Download the same or newer BIOS file: Go to HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS (Basic Input Output System), and then follow the instructions to create a BIOS recovery USB key on another computer. Insert the USB key in the computer with the BIOS issue to start the recovery. If nothing happens after inserting the key, restart the computer, and then immediately press and hold the Windows key  and the B key at the same time to start the recovery.

I'll give the usb thing a try

None of that is working it just keep reinstalling bios update and then it freezes

Contact HP Support.  There's little you can do if the BIOS is corrupted.  I suspect that HP will replace the mainboard.
