HP All-in-One - 24-df0014
Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP 24-DF0014. ryzen3. After completion of windows 11, updated the windows and the message " Bios update failed, unable to open bios image file" and i have no choice but click "continue startup".

All i did was update from windows and it happens. I read all the threads from HP Community to follow instructions but no luck.

I opened up the computer replacing the HDD, memory, and even CMOS Battery and follow whatever HP Community tells me to and still no luck. I think this computer doesn't have dual bios to fix this issue. I could not even get into the bios menu, nor utility menu, why HP is keep telling press F2, F9, F10, ESC keys when the bios is broke and cannot get into that option.? Please help me with the real solution.

Hi:

Since I have no idea what posts you have read or what you have tried, here is the information I have provided to many forum members that have the same MonkD motherboard as yours.

Hopefully, it will work for you too.  There is no need to press any keys to recover the BIOS in that model PC.

I've already checked the link you provided. I downloaded bios files and flashed the USB, plugged into the USB Port but nothing happened. It's just keep looping the failing BIOS.
