Hello everyone i'm a newbie here I just wanted to ask if there's a bios update for my HP COMPAQ 6000 PRO with the motherboard Hewlett-Packard 3048h (xu1 processor) I wanted to put a Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 on it thanks for the answers in advance ❤️

An update here I updated its bios to the version using 4.40 Rev HQFLASH I just wanna ask if its compatible to my core2quad q6600 now?

Below is the link to the HP quickspecs for the 6000 Pro model series.

The supported processors can be found on page 8.

 

HP does not list the Q6600 as a supported processor, so don't be surprised if it doesn't work.
