Bios update

Hello!

I have an old HP Z220 Base Model Convertible Minitower Workstation and I want to update the bios, but seems to be an imposible task for me to do it. 

I tried to install HPSupportSolutionsFramework-12.19.48.1 and sp149728 and I receiving only blue screens.

I managed to find out only some details about the motherboard, I can send in private the details or in my profile I added some details of the workstation.

It's possible to get an BIOS update for this?

I also want to know if it's possible to upgrade the memory from 16GB to 32GB.

Hi:

This is the latest BIOS update HP has for your PC.  It was written to be run on W10 though.

I would use the F10 BIOS flash way to update the BIOS.

When you run the BIOS update file an instruction page will open and provide the various methods to update the BIOS.

The specs for the PC indicate it will support 4 x 8 GB of memory.
