Initiated HP BIOS update as noted on required updates. After 30+ hours the display was still blank (black). Tried to shut down and power back up. This resulted in a black screen and beeping. Tried online support, which did not resolve, stop the beeping or powering up screen. Per you website I took it to your local rep “uBreakiFix”. They had it for 4 days, were not able to go past the beeping and black screen. UBreakiFix rep said it was a BIOS issue and to ship the machine to HP Support-Repair. Need shipping instructions and address.

@SeaHorse48 , welcome to the forum.
This guide shows that the 2 short and 2 long beeps means BIOS recovery successful: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02222922#:~:text=What%20to%20do%20when%20beep%20codes%20occur...
This obviously is not your situation.
Here is a guide that may help you recover your BIOS/UEFI: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-24-b000-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series-touch/11046865...
Scroll down to the section titled "During a BIOS update a black screen displays". Read this section and follow the instructions carefully. If the repair shop didn't affect the BIOS this may work for you.
