I preformed recovery everything was working but there was there a bios upgrade on the reinstall;when it installed it required a restart but when it restarted it went straight to Protected Sure Start then Preparing Automatic Repair then to Diagnosing PC and it crashes can't get past there I've done all the diagnostic and everything passes I don't know where to go next i tried to change to lagecy but that didn't work either

No responses to my post so I took it to a tech the problem was after the recovery and BIOS upgrade the BIOS did not recognize my RAM upgrade it wanted the original 8 GB at factory setup so wouldn't boot to the 40GB i had upgraded. Once it booted with the 8gb we could re-install the ram again so simple but I never would have checked because it was working fine with the 40Gb Ram before the recovery operation.
