I was told by windows support to get help from HP support and its never a real person always AI and I'm about tired of having to go through all these hoops just to not even get a personal assistant to help with the issue. My issues was my bios is from 12/8/2020 and it is outdated and now interfering with my bluetooth devices specifically the ones I'm concerned with is my headsets they will output audio then randomly stop outputting audio for a few seconds then go right back to outputting audio. Again I was told by windows support to either figure out how to update the bios myself which is very unclear with hp as there's I don't know how many issues I've had trying to find said spot to update and when I try to get support it's even harder. I want a simple answer on how and where I update my bios version to the newest. I don't even know if it says it I have windows 11 OS with a HP Omen 30L pc.

1 - There is no phone support for any device out of warranty.  HP is not the only OEM doing this.

2 - This is a user to user forum and I am just the messenger of this bad news: I do not know of any HP phone numbers, and any phone numbers you find on this site are likely fake and should not be called.

3 - The problem you describe may be related to the bluetooth versions that have been released over the years.

You should check your headsets to see if they are compatible with the bluetooth device you have.  This explains how to find the find the bluetooth your Omen has.

Your Omen would have had the latest Bluetooth available when designed in 2019 or possibly 2020.   Note that 5.1 did not have low energy audio nor support for the newer LC3.    if you have 5.0 or below then that might be a real problem.

Without known your exact model or product ID all I can suggest is to run the latest support assistant and see if it can find a new bios or a newer driver for your BlueTooth/Wi-Fi adapter.
