My computer is blocked by Bitblocker.It requires a keycode i have on my microsoft account. When i put in the right keycode and push continute nothings hapens. The compugter performs a diagnosis and goes back to the screen where i shall put in my keykode. The key kode is the rigt one.It should move on to open the computer.

Welcome to the HP Forum.
The TPM is corrupted or a BIOS update has occurred when Device Encryption (BitLocker) was enabled.
The data on the operating system drive is encrypted and is not accessible.
Thus the correct BitLocker recovery key will not decrypt this disk.
You will permanently lose data on this disk and you will have to reinstall Windows.
