BitLocker recovery

trying to figure out a BitLocker recovery on my son's desktop that it has had for 2 weeks now it tells me to login to my Microsoft account. and then it tells me that I don't have any recovery code at this time.

I don't know what to do at this point.

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual kays, so there is nothing we can provide you.

Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:
