I opened my laptop and I got a screen that said I needed the bitlocker recovery key. I went on Microsoft account and it said that I didn't have any recovery keys saved. I tried to uninstall the update and it wouldn't work. I tried to restart, both trying to keep my files and another trying to remove everything, and not even that would work. I would just get a message saying there was a problem restarting your PC and that's it. I don't know what to do to fix it. Any suggestions. Every available option I tried gives me an error message.

You can make a bootable W11 installation flash drive with the MIcrosoft media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).
After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:
