Dear sir 

Pls try to fix my bitlocker recovery 

Some one scamed us and we don't have recovery key

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Your Microsoft account may have the BitLocker recovery key if your PC was initially setup using a Microsoft account.

 

You would lose all data on the system/boot disk if you don't have the BitLocker recovery key.

 

I'm very sorry to say you will have to reinstall Windows or use the HP Cloud Recovery option to set the PC back to factory condition.
