Microsoft Windows 11

I created a bitlocker on my drive and later moved the file that contains the password and the recovery key into the same encrypted drive and created a shortcut file on the desktop. After a restart I realize I can't access the drive without the password or the recovery and I can't access the shortcut key without accessing the drive first

Plz I really need help

The BitLocker Encryption Options Control Panel application has a recovery key ID you can use if you forget your password. Select Unlock Drive and then click I cannot remember my password. The BitLocker Encryption Options application will then display a recovery key ID that you provide to Help Desk.

Let's get to work!

I wish you all the best,
