Welcome to the HP Forum. 

 

This is not good news.

 

Have you checked your Microsoft Account? The BitLocker recovery key may have been backed up to this account.

 

Sadly, you will lose all data on the encrypted drive if you don't have the recovery key.

 

You will have to reinstall Windows.
