After installing update to Omen Gaming Hub it informed me that I needed to install the Ryzenmaster software so I clicked OK and it installed it. That is when my issue started. My computer keeps shutting down and when I restart it and restart the Gaming Hub that is when it informs me the Ryzenmaster isn't running and I need to update it. Again. I have tried updating several times and it still hasn't installed a version that will run on my system.

Hi @cM0ss
Welcome back.
Your PC randomly shuts down. I don't know if the shutdowns are related to the Gaming Hub problem and the Ryzen Master problem or something else.
Check hardware as follows.
Start the PC. Tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
I would uninstall the Gaming Hub and Ryzen Master stuff, if possible, before the PC randomly shuts down. Now run the PC for a while to check stability.
Install Ryzen Master at this Site. Now install Gaming Hub if the PC is stable.
Maybe this will fix the problem.
Regards

Thank you for your quick reply. I'm sad to say it didn't fix it. It is crashing about once an hour now and sometimes sooner. Here is the log of my last crash about 30 minutes ago.

Hi @cM0ss
My pleasure.
Is your PC in warranty? Contact HP for warranty service.
Did you run HP hardware diagnostics at startup? Hardware diagnostics could assist in finding a: drive, memory, CPU, or other component problem.
The mce: {Hardware Error} sounds an awful lot like a WHEA_UNCORRECTIBLE_ERROR.
WHEA errors usually point to a heat problem or an impending hardware failure. Any component connected to the MB, including the MB, could be failing.
A buggy hardware driver could also cause this error.
I would back up data if possible since the PC is very unstable. Try to do a HP Cloud recovery. This may also fail since the PC is crashing.
No success doing a cloud recovery would suggest you might need HP service or a have a local PC tech find the hardware or heat problem.

1) Is your PC in warranty? No
2) Did you run HP hardware diagnostics at startup? Yes. UEFI
3) The mce: {Hardware Error} sounds an awful lot like a WHEA_UNCORRECTIBLE_ERROR. Yes. It does.
Again I thank you for your quick reply. I spent over 48 hours running tests from that test package from HP. At first the errors were in Win11 only but now am getting the same errors in Linux. They are separate installs on separate drives so one can't influence the other. I'm going to try one last thing. I am going to go on the internet and see if there is any other test software that might possibly be better than the HP version. IF I can find something I will give it one more try. If not, I may have to get a different PC. I haven't been very happy with this one since I bought it. If you know of a different test software that is very aggressive I would appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. The UEFI software tells me there is nothing wrong with the system. In other words, it isn't aggressive enough to cause the system to error. So it is of no benefit to me.
Again I thank you for your reply.

Hi @cM0ss
My pleasure.
It sure as heck sounds like a hardware problem. I thought you were running Linux upon seeing the mce error code.
The following software is free.
I usually stress test hardware with Prime95 or Intel Burn Test. This will stress the memory and the CPU.
Or try Memtest86 on a bootable flash drive.
Crystal Disk Mark will check drives. Crystal Disk Info will provide drive info.
Furmark will stress the graphics card.
You could also try OCCT free.
