Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-3000i (4M0K0AV)

Since setting my computer up in late August 2026, at random times, a black screen appears stating one of two things which included: Kernel_Mode_Heap_Corruption (0x13A) (this has happened four times) and Kernel_Security_Check_Failure (0x139) (this message appeared 12 times). 

Other messages I have received with less repetition; Stop Code: System_Service_Exception (0x3B) what failed: dxgmms2.sys and Page_Fault_In_NonPaged_area (0x50).  When these messages appear, I need to restart the unit. I have talked with HP support repeatedly about this issue. They've remotely tried to remedy the problem without any promising results. 

 

When put to sleep, will shut down on own after a short period of time.  

 

I was told by an HP tech Kernel_Mode_Heap_Corruption (0x13A) message was in regard to storage and The Cloud. They requested that I purchase a USB Flash Drive suitable for this storage. This being said, I do not want to use The Cloud and save all of my documents to my external HD on my own. 

 

Please help. I am tired of this computer interrupting us every time we turn around. My 16 year old computer works better than this brand new not refurbished one.
