My all-in-one turns on and has a black screen. It was on earlier in the day and wouldn’t come out of sleep mode. I’ve attempted different restarts that I’ve seen recommended, but nothing changes. The USB ports seem unresponsive too. I’m not sure my keyboard and mouse currently have any effect on the desktop.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Before troubleshooting startup issues, remove or disconnect all discs and devices from the computer.
- Step 1: Remove discs and devices
- Step 2: Perform a hard reset
- Step 3: Run hardware diagnostic tests
- Step 4: Refresh or reset your PC. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04718479 to complete the troubleshooting steps. By the end of the article, you will be able to fix the issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Why did you post your home address? Very dangerous you know this is a public forum? Also didn't you see warning about fraud and scammers? Please edit your post and remove the address.

I went through all the troubleshooting options with the virtual assistant up to removing and reinserting the RAM and hard drive. Nothing changed. There are no beeps or unusual flashing with the power light for guidance either. Any further thoughts?
